LinkedIn Recruiter pricing: every plan and what it costs (November 2026)
Prices and facts checked 2 November 2026
LinkedIn Recruiter comes in three plans. Recruiter Lite costs about $170 a month, or $1,680 a year, and is the only one you can buy online.1 Recruiter, the Corporate plan, and Recruiter Professional Services for agencies are quoted; buyer data puts Recruiter at $8,000–12,000 per seat a year.2 Hiring Assistant, LinkedIn's AI agent, is an add-on to Recruiter. Below: each plan, what an InMail really costs, the extras, and a cheaper way to get interviews.

Plans
LinkedIn Recruiter plans side by side
Prices per seat, before tax, as of November 2026. Lite's is the only one LinkedIn prices in public, and even that only at checkout; the rest come from buyer data. HireAll Boost is on the first row as the cheaper way to the same goal, interviews with people who aren't applying.

Recruiter Lite: $170 a month, or $1,680 a year
Recruiter Lite is the one plan you can buy online, monthly or yearly, and cancel any time.4 LinkedIn shows the price only at checkout; buyers report about $170 a month on monthly billing, or $1,680 a year, which is $140 a month.1,2 A first-time buyer gets a one-month free trial with a card on file, unless they used a Premium free trial in the last 12 months.1
A seat brings 30 InMail credits a month; you can buy up to 70 more a month and bank at most 120.3 It searches up to your 3rd-degree network with 20 filters,4 and LinkedIn built it for "individuals hiring just a few people a year".5 Bulk InMail is for Recruiter contracts only, so every Lite message goes out one at a time.6

LinkedIn Recruiter: about $8,000–12,000 per seat a year
LinkedIn Recruiter, the plan for in-house teams that most people call Recruiter Corporate, has no public price: LinkedIn says it "does not have a single standard price".7 Vendr's buyer data puts the list price at $8,000–12,000 per seat a year,2 which is $667–1,000 a month, paid for the whole year. A seat brings 150 InMails a month, pooled across the account, access to every LinkedIn member, 40+ filters, shared projects and ATS integration.4
The one price list LinkedIn has published is the one it filed with the UK government's G-Cloud framework for public-sector buyers, and it shows the price falling with volume: from £8,925 per seat a year at one or two seats to £6,350 at 251 or more, before VAT.8 A small team pays the top of the curve.

| Recruiter seats | Per seat a year, UK public sector |
|---|---|
| 1–2 | £8,925 |
| 3–10 | £8,575 |
| 11–30 | £8,150 |
| 31–50 | £7,500 |
| 51–100 | £7,150 |
| 101–250 | £6,750 |
| 251+ | £6,350 |
Recruiter Professional Services: quoted, for agencies
Recruiter Professional Services is the plan for staffing agencies and recruiting firms that fill roles for several clients. RPS brings 100 InMails a month per seat and RPS+ 140, both pooled across the account. Both search up to your 3rd-degree network and add 30 or 50 out-of-network profile unlocks a month; RPS+ adds tools for winning new clients.4 Like Recruiter, both are sold through LinkedIn's sales team, and no price is published.1
Hiring Assistant: what LinkedIn's AI agent costs
Hiring Assistant is LinkedIn's AI agent inside Recruiter. The first version took a recruiter's intake, sourced candidates and drafted the outreach.9 It is sold as an add-on to a Recruiter seat, not with Lite,4 and quoted like the seat. LinkedIn's UK public-sector list priced it at £1,575–2,079 per licence a year, as a promotion that ran from October 2025 to 30 June 2026, with no more licences than Recruiter seats.8
Hiring Assistant 2 rolls out from November 2026 and reaches further, into screening and scheduling. Customers who already use Hiring Assistant in English get it free from November.10 For a new buyer it is still an add-on to a quoted seat, and it still works for a recruiter: someone has to run the seat it sits in.
What an InMail really costs
The simplest way to price an InMail is the seat that comes with it. In Recruiter Lite, 30 credits for $140–170 a month come to $4.67–5.67 a credit. In Recruiter, 150 credits for $667–1,000 a month come to $4.44–6.67.1,2,4
A credit comes back when the person accepts, declines or replies within 90 days,6 so a seat sends more messages than it has credits. LinkedIn publishes no average response rate, but its InMail policy warns any seat whose responses fall under 13% over 14 days.11 At 15%, a careful sender in good standing, a response costs $26–32 with Lite and $25–38 with Recruiter. A response includes "no, thanks", so an interview costs more than that. Boost's row puts its invite on the same footing, at the same 15%: an assumption, since Boost's model doesn't measure responses.
| Credits a month | Per credit | Per response at 15% | |
|---|---|---|---|
| HireAll Boost | None: pay per invite | $0.40–0.50 an invite | $2.67–3.33 estimate |
| Recruiter Lite | 30 | $4.67–5.67 | $26–32 |
| Recruiter | 150 | $4.44–6.67 | $25–38 |
What else adds to the bill
The seat is rarely the whole bill. Job posts are promoted out of a daily budget you set: LinkedIn's example is $10 a day for 30 days, "$300 or less".12 Job Slots, which keep a post up and let you swap the role in it, are sold by contract, from £1,465 a slot a year in LinkedIn's UK public-sector list. Talent Insights, LinkedIn's labour-market analytics, starts there at £9,400 a year, more than a Recruiter seat.8
The biggest cost isn't on LinkedIn's invoice at all: the person who runs the seat. Recruiter is a search tool, and the searching, the writing, the follow-ups and the scheduling are a recruiter's working week. How a promoted post compares with Boost: LinkedIn job posts vs HireAll Boost.
The cheaper alternative
A cheaper alternative to LinkedIn Recruiter: HireAll Boost
If what you want from a seat is interviews rather than a search tool, Boost is the cheaper way there. It charges $0.40–0.50 per person it invites, against $4.44–6.67 for a Recruiter InMail credit, and it does the work a seat leaves to you: the search, the invites, the follow-ups, the questionnaire and the booking.
- Less than a Recruiter seat costs a month, $667–1,000, runs Boost at its Turbo pace: 40 invites a day, 1,200 a month, for $600, $480 with the biggest pack, about 35 interviews estimate
- What a Lite seat costs a month, $170, buys 340 invites, against its 30 InMails; the Steady pace, 10 a day, is $150 a month
- About $14–17 an interview estimate. No seat, no contract, 100 credits free, and credits that don't expire
- HireAll recruiters write, on behalf of your company, so your own LinkedIn account stays out of it
